Rules

Potbelly Sandwich Shop has established some rules and regulations for the PotbellyListens survey and sweepstakes to ensure fair participation and to protect the integrity of the survey. The rules are as follows:

1. The survey is only open to legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Participants must have a valid purchase receipt with a survey invitation code to enter the survey.
3. Participants must complete the survey within 3 days of the date of the receipt.
4. Participants are limited to one survey entry per receipt and per person.
5. The survey must be completed in its entirety to be eligible for the sweepstakes.
6. The offer or discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
7. The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be made.
8. Winners of the sweepstakes will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the drawing date.
9. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize, or an alternate winner will be chosen.
10. Potbelly Sandwich Shop employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the survey or enter the sweepstakes.
