Requirements

To take the PotbellyListens survey and enter the sweepstakes, there are certain requirements that you need to meet. These requirements include:

1. You must be a legal resident of the United States or the District of Columbia.
2. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence.
3. You must have a valid purchase receipt from a Potbelly Sandwich Shop, with a survey invitation code.
4. You must have a computer or mobile device with a reliable internet connection to access the survey website.
5. You must be able to understand either English or Spanish language to complete the survey.
6. You can only take one survey per receipt and per person.
7. The offer or discount is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.

It is important to note that Potbelly Sandwich Shop employees, their immediate family members, and anyone associated with the company are not eligible to participate in the survey or enter the sweepstakes.
